Be a part of extraordinary creative community. Lyrics 4 Life is looking for two dedicated, enthusiastic, highly motivated candidates with great communication skills, to join our
team as Promotion & Marketing Ambassadors. In this role they will help spread the word about our organization and its mission. The perfect candidate will be a self starter who works well alone but also collaborates well with a team.
We prefer a candidate that isn’t shy as you will be promoting the organization and will need to speak to the
mission and objectives when promoting and recruiting for the organization. The perfect candidates will need to know how to easily navigate on a computer and cell phone as they will use these skills in parts of their role as well as in person at events during the summer.

Key Responsibilities
Promotions & Marketing:
Assist in creating content for social media platforms, newsletters, and promotional materials.
Help design and execute marketing strategies to raise awareness about the organization’s initiatives and events.
Monitor social media engagement and assist in building online communities around the organization.
Fundraising Support:
Assist in planning and executing fundraising campaigns and events.
Help develop materials and content for fundraising drives (e.g., Flyers, donor letters, donation pages, event invitations).
Reach out to local businesses, schools, and community organizations for partnership and donation opportunities.
Get Paid to perform to bring awareness of the organization and its mission.
Community Engagement:
Help spread the word about the organization through both flyers and word-of-mouth, school clubs, and local events.
Represent the organization at local events, fairs, or online webinars.
Collaboration & Communication:
Work closely with staff members to brainstorm and implement ideas.
Communicate effectively with team members to ensure campaigns and projects are running smoothly.
Skills and Qualifications:
Current high school student with a strong interest in marketing, fundraising, or nonprofit work.
Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
Basic understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, etc.).
Ability to work well in a team and contribute ideas to creative projects.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
Proactive attitude with a passion for making a positive impact in the community. A desire to learn and grow in the fields of marketing, promotion, and nonprofit fundraising.
Requirements to consider before applying: Must be a student actively enrolled in school, between the ages of 14 to 21 by June 1st 2025, meet low income requirements and be a Denver Resident. If I am over 18, I must pass a background check. Lyrics 4 Life or DYEP can assist with the cost of the background check.
