Who We Serve & Areas of Focus
Youth currently involved or have a strong desire to be involved in the different aspects of music creation/entertainment. We accept 20 mentees each year. Half of our mentees will be submitted for consideration by way of referrals from other local organizations. The other half, families are open to apply to for consideration.

What Our Mentees Can Expect
Want to know if this program is the right fit for your child? Below is what you can expect if accepted into the program.
- Regularly scheduled meetups/workshops tailored to the whole group or a specific area of focus. (songwriting 101, recording, mixing, escape room, team outings and bonding activities & more)
- Opportunity to network with like minded peers and mentors
- Personal growth by way workshops geared towards personal development, communication, conflict resolution and more.
- Guest speakers on a range of topics relating to music & entertainment, as well as personal development
- Potential to attend music conferences from with industry professionals

Showcase Your Talents
Participate in our annual talent show at the end of each year!
Hands On Engagement
Volunteers with many years of experience in many facets of entertainment will assist participants in reaching tangible goals.
Measurable Results
Participants will be able to showcase what they have learned to family and friends. In addition, our volunteer team will have regular one on ones check in’s with mentees to gauge the effectiveness of the program and tailor the need to the specific person.
